This may sound funny but I do exercise for my back 3 times a day and by the time I finish my T is through the roof it’s same when I do physical word like cleaning my Flat when I finish doing the work or have to stop halfway through and sit down my T comes down a bit it’s same if I go out and just walk down the road the more I walk the worse it get and have to stop.
Does any body else have the same problems.

Hi, yes I have the same reaction. My T is very different to the standard and is reactive to sound and some electrical frequencies but any physical activity that increases my blood flow increases my T. Had mine for 8 years now and in that time I’ve become type 2 diabetic due to my lack of exercise/activity. Like I said, I link my increased T to the increased blood flow in my head. I’ve had CT and MRI’s which came back as normal
Sounds like we’re the same cleaned one. Room of my flat yesterday get having to stop for a rest because of physical problems but my T was very loud it has only just started to go down in last year mine has got worse I just don’t know what I will do if it gets worse as mine is both ears 27/7
Unfortunately my T seems to be progressive and worsens over time whereas most others seem to
Improve. It’s tough trying to live with it and I’m always looking for ways to make it more bearable. Seems that everyone’s T is different to the next and there’s no hard and fast rule. I hope yours continues to improve for you.
