was gone this morning but sneezed twice can sneezing bring tinnitus back or start it ?

Sneezing can be due to congestion - and as the nasal passages, throat and ears are all connected, congestion in the nose may mean that the ears are a bit bunged up too. And that minute loss of hearing can be enough to trigger tinnitus. The good news is that once the congestion has cleared up, the tinnitus should go too.
