What foods reduce the ringing in your ears?
I eat at least 1 banana a day....can't say it's reduced though. I wish it did!
I seen someone online say that sugar, cream products, chocolate, red meat, tea, cheese, alcohol, are all bad for T. Any body got a rope just kidding.
Hi , the potassium is supposed to help . I eat one daily but not sure it helps
Certainly alcohol, caffeine, artificial sweeteners all make my tinnitus spike. So I avoid them.
I would also say don't use Oasis type natural sounds when going to sleep
I used them but a few years later the sounds of the sea/waterfalls/rain
crickets in the jungle/loud Niagra Falls/ etc etc were what I could hear in my ears all the time! It's as if my brain remembers everything that I was hearing as I went to sleep and put the recording in my mind.
The Betahistine has made them a bit better. I also found that I heard
my kettle in the kitchen sound like it was burning dry, so I looked at it, and the plug wasn't even in the socket! You think that you're going bonkers..
I also was looking out of the window and I asked my husband is it raining?
and he says No! (In my ears is was pouring) Try Betahistine!
