I've had tinnitus for over 5 years caused by a perforated ear drum, however had learned to successfully live and cope with it to the point it no longer bothered me. However I have recently had an incident (about 1 week ago) where I was exposed to very loud music which has caused my condition to significantly worsen in severity. I want to urgently see an ENT to see if there are any emergency treatments they can offer in order to minimise the damage caused by the loud music exposure. I've only recently arrived in the UK so can anyone please recommend a good ENT in the London area?

Not in a position to offer any recommendations for private ENT consultants in your area I'm afraid David, but I think you're chasing a dream in what you're looking for here. If the loud music exposure has done any damage to your hearing, there's nothing that can be done after the event to undo that damage - chalk it up to experience and try to either avoid such situations in future or protect your hearing at the time if you are going to be in loud (85-90db+) environments.
