BTA Tinnitus Aware Day, Share Your Sound and Sick Note !

A brilliant Information Day in Nottingham on Saturday. Great Speakers in Tony Kay and Dominic Bray , especially in the morning when they showed they truly get tinnitus ( even suggesting so.easy quiet music during the 2 million uses silence for Armistice Day ). I felt truly validated. Nice to see some of the staff in real.life too. I was shattered and not well.in the Venice g but it was well worth it . Had GP appointment this morning I got so I took along the Share Your Sound Pack which I'd also emailed to the Patient Participation Group. Alas , GP has signed me off for another two weeks because I'm now so exhausted . Finding it very very hard and haven't plucked up courage to let work know . Gloria Gaynor Song time ☺

I went to the tinnitus information day too. I thought it was really good. I took part in the mindfulness taster session that was really good as well. x

That's great. I did the yoga whigh was good too. Didn't realise so many people ' in our area ' with tinnitus , and am sure it's just a small percentage . Hope you find itsunami benefits ' go forward with / stayou with you ☺
