It is early days, but, having had 3-5 migraines a month for the last 10 years, I have only had one since starting on 75mcg Levothyroxine almost 2 months ago.
I don’t have hypothyroid symptoms but have had a hemi-thyroidectomy and do have Hashimotos.
I am trying not to get too excited, but this has been game-changing for me so far, so putting this out there is case it helps anyone else.

I don’t suffer from migraines but I just wanted to say thank you for posting this. I’m sure it will be helpful for many.
So often on health forums people report symptoms but never come back to report improvement or to let subsequent readers know what may or may not have worked.
I had the opposite experience, I had the occasional migraine as a teen, then went for years inbetween, however once I started on Levo, for the first two years I was averaging migraines at least twice a week. I even went on anti migraine meds as it was so disruptive.
I came off the migraine meds after 10 months and touch wood the migraines seem to have cleared off. No idea what that was about.
