hi all, me again lol! I have just gone from 50 to 75, I have taken my 3rd dose, I know everyone is different but how long roughly would I expect to feel a little better? Struggling to stay positive today x

realistically , i would suggest you 'make a note of, but pretty much ignore' how you feel for the first 4/5 week after any dose change ....for me , how a dose will feel once the body has properly acclimatised to it , is not clear until after week 5/6 ...... before that , and certainly in the first 1/2/3 wks , i expect to feel all sort of random weirdness happening ie. sleep pattern changes , heart rate changes , temperature changes . bowel changes etc etc etc.

you need to allow a dose to settle in before coming to any conclusions about how it feels.

if something really is too much to cope with , for more than a few days, then i may consider trying a smaller dose increment instead , but if possible it is simplest to just stick it out for at least 6 wks then get tested, and asses how you feel at that point .

I needed to hear that today too tattybogle ! Such weirdness..like a new symptom every 48 hours 🫠

and there 's also 'unrelated' weirdness to ....i just spent 3 days thinking a recent change was making me wake suddenly at 4.30 am ... just discovered it's most likely the cat playing with a pingpong ball down the stairs at 4.25am in a noisy attempt to get a human to wake up and let it out as it's usual 'human early morning door opener' informs me he'd gone on strike.
