I have gained so much knowledge from this forum.It has helped me greatly to understand and now question regarding my own Hypothyroidism.So thankyou so much for giving up your own time,very much appreciated.

merry Christmas 🎄. Yes I agree. I have been here since May 2020. I have learnt so much and along with my GP treated my hypothyroidism with Levo and now Lio ( although I’ve yet to tell my GP about the Lio 🥴).

I’ve reached a good stage now but not back to my level of energy pre 2020. I think I’m not going to get completely well but I’m content with how I am.

I still read in this forum everyday because if I can add even a snippet of information that will help someone as I have been helped then I am giving back.

Anyone reading this who is new……….hang in there, gain knowledge and advocate for your own health
