erfa dosage

hi all. How is Erfa supposed to be dosed please? I have been prescribed privately and told to take levo as well as Erfa but to cut my dose from 175 of levo to 100 and take 1g of Erfa. I feel awful! Any help appreciated x

Most people split dose NDT, so maybe half grain in the morning and the other half in the afternoon. You might try not taking it at the same time as the levo (you could take that at bedtime).

There are different sized tablets of Erfa, which one are you on. 1 x 60mg ?

Usually people start on just 30mg or 15 mg. 60mg is rather a lot as it contains T3.
