Hi I’ve been prescribed provera tablets to help regulate my periods,I’ve had a look online and it says to take them an hour away from thyroid medication, would you say this was right?

I have to take it twice a day.

Levothyroxine should always be taken on its own as it is a very fussy hormone and won;t work well if it has company.

Levo should be taken on an empty stomach 1 hour away from food, caffeine drinks or other meds.

Provera - does it contain hormone - progesterone perhaps? I know that HRT and oestrogen should be at least 4 hours away from thyroid meds, perhaps allow such a time gap for Provera?
