Hi all
Is there anywhere I can find information on optimal levels for thyroid? I appreciate that we are all different, but I know there are better ends of the scale for each of the the thyroid tests. Thanks in advance.

On levothyroxine plus T3 many members find they need both Ft4 and Ft3 at least 50-60% through range minimum

Are you still only on 50mcg levothyroxine plus 20mcg T3 daily
Or did you negotiate small reduction in T3 as 3 x 5mcg …….providing Levothyroxine was increased to 75mcg

You wont find any reliable information about optimal levels for hypothyroid patients on thyroid hormone replacement. This is because it's a very individual thing, people feel well at the hormone levels that suits them personally.
Looking at previous posts you are taking Levo plus T3 and you have Hashimoto's. When on combination thyroid hormone replacement we have to experiment to find what levels of FT4 and FT3 suit us best. Some people are fine with a low FT4 as long as FT3 is in the upper part of it's range. Some are better with FT4 and FT3 reasonably well balanced over half way through range. Nobody can tell you what's best for you, you have to gradually tweak doses (individually, never both at the same time) to find your sweet spot.
Hashi's causes fluctuations in test results and symptoms so variations in how you feel will likely happen from time to time and you may need to adjust dose at these times. Don't let anybody tell you that you need FT4 at xx level and FT3 at yy level, that may suit them but it doesn't mean it suits anybody else.
