Dr Conway + Dr Adamson and low cortisol

Hi, I am yet to start treatment for Hashimoto's, and with abysmally low cortisol, am now unsure how to go ahead because it seems as though it makes things more difficult. Has anyone with cortisol issues seen either Dr Georgina Conway (the Thyroid Clinic) or Dr Karen Adamson (endocrinologist in Edinburgh) and can share their experience? Private message only please.
