Hi

Gp tested for Anca, rheumatoid factor, ESR, which is the best place to interpret these results?

Mividauk2,

It depends what condition the antibodies are representing. There's quite a few arthritis forums within HealthUnlocked . Equally many on here have been diagnosed with positive ANA's and high ESR.

According to the results all negative or further test suggested 🤷‍♀️

Well, that's good. What further tests?

I think because i am skeptic with all these thyroid test and vitamins deficiencies i am not sure tontrust the results. There is a suggestion for CCP test, which i am pretty sure i asked for and saw on the form but i don't have the results of it.

Also a suggest if there is suspicion of anca associated vasculitis to do a test call indirect immunofluorescence (iff) ANCA testing.. 🤷‍♀️

What issues are you having? Just because the RA test is negative doesn’t mean you don’t have RA.

Hi

I do have Pain in left thumb, pin and needles on left hand, pain right knee, can't squat because it hurts on that knee, pain in top of both feets after walking for 20 min, fatigue after walking to and back to the supermarket which is 5 min away from my home. Pain in left shoulder blade and aching shoulders.

Some of these symptoms are easing up but not gone totally

This is a crazy question…. Have you been sick recently and given antibiotics if so what kind? Do you have psoriasis in your family (mom, dad, grandparents or siblings)

Okay thats good … my sister was given levaquin for bladder infection and now she can not walk it caused her to have terrible tendinitis in her feet and doesn’t seem like it’s reversible and a known issue with people who take these high powered antibiotics… awful
