Generally yes although I once found a difference between 50 mcg tablets many years ago.
It's possible you will have different absorption rates with different brands so it is better to stick with one brand if you can. I would try it, if it becomes a problem you could ask your doctor to prescribe Eltroxin which is the original branded form and around the same price.

Obviously if lactose intolerant you need lactose free levothyroxine
Hi giggy63 Spoken to you before about P.o.p glad you sorted yours out with pessary. I too have hypothyroidism l take 50micrograms daily ALMUS brand that's what the chemist supply before l had WOCKHARDT l dont think you get a choice at chemist. I think its best to try and take same brand l put the brand name on my prescription for next time. All the best to you.
