Keen to get this test done - has anyone any experience of it?

Or they can analyse existing raw data from Ancestry or 23andme
Needleandthread44,
I had the Genova Diagnostic Genomic test which concluded a 50 -60% reduction in MTHFR enzyme activity.
There is also another common mutation on the CBS gene, which converts homocysteine into cystathionine, and removes sulfur containing amino acids. When impaired it can cause an excess of sulphur and low serotonin//dopamine, chemical sensitivity, and the two impairments often go together.
I seem to remember 23&me tests MTHFR gene for mutations but doesn’t include it on the summary report, so if you use this test you will need to upload the raw genetic data.
