I was wondering what effects people have had after a few days of forgetting to take or not have prescription because I’ve missed last few as I only just got my prescription. I’ve been having pains in my arms and really tired. I don’t know if it’s related but these are usually my hypothyroidism symptoms.

I get a return of hypothyroid symptoms very quickly if I forget to take my thyroid hormones. The longer I forget the worse those symptoms would be, but I've very rarely forgotten for more than one day. And even when I forget just one morning, I will probably remember later in the day. (I normally take my pills in the early morning.)
What hormones are you taking? T4? T3? NDT? And at what dose? How many doses did you forget?
It is possible to take 7 days worth of T4 once a week. It wouldn't appeal to many people I don't think, but it can be done.
