But you already know you have that and that you have Hashi's.

Just don't bother asking for doctor's comments, they usually don't have enough information to give you accurate comments, they are generic comments. They've just looked at your high antibodies and might not even know that you already have a diagnosis and are on thyroid hormone replacement. If you've given them this information then they've obviously not bothered to read it or take it into account.

If you filled in the medical history bit on your account….they should have been able to see you are already diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid disease

But they often don’t bother to read your account details

Definitely not worth the slight delay for Dr comments, they are frequently inaccurate or wrong!

I had exactly the same response when I had my Medichecks result and I thought ........ tell me something I don't know 🙄 . It seems to be an automatic response with no regard for personalised details.... and we all know us thyroid folks are highly individual 😀
