Levothyroxine dosage before blood test

I am trialling taking Levothyroxine at night before bed, please could someone let me know recommended dosing instructions so that I can do a blood test in the morning for most accurate results? I saw something the other day that recommended the timings of doses but i cannot find it..

When taking Levo at night you change the timing as follows. As an example, let's say you intend to do your test on a Monday morning at 9am:

Saturday night - don't take your Levo, delay it until 9am Sunday morning

Sunday night - don't take Levo

Monday morning - do test then take Sunday night's Levo after your test

Monday night - take Monday's Levo at your usual time and you're back to normal.
