Thanks, but no idea what you mean. Have hit the wee heart button to the right of the reply below your email. Wonder if it tells you in some way that I liked your reply? Don't understand how to tag and put the @ before their name? i really am hopeless with technology I'm afraid.

The heart button lets someone know you 'liked' their reply . To demonstrate , i have just clicked the heart on your reply . and so you will have just had an 'alert' (yellow bell picture at top of page) to let you know i 'liked ' it.

The @ 'thing' is harder to explain .... so i'll do it tomorrow when my brain works better
