Does anyone have any experience of Shilajit resin, I’m interested in views or experiences as it was recently recommended to me as beneficial to health, thank you.

Thank you for highlighting past posts. I researched Shilajit before taking and can identify with comments regarding the ability to do/feeling more aligned. I’ve also found where previously a long working day would render me too tired to exercise, I think I’m tired but get on with it and enjoy it! So far so good, just my experience.
