This was refreshing to see. I hope it does not take the average 15 years for this to be implemented in medical practice.

buddy99, The paper is dated 09 July 2019, so only 12.5 years to go! 😉

So hopefully it will help my daughter who was just diagnosed. I told her she probably has Hashi's 4 years ago (Oh mom, you're not a doctor). They only tested for TPO but just like me she has elevated TgAb.

if i'd have known how rubbish thyroid treatment was in 2003 i'd have started persuading my 5yrold kid to be a Doctor... they'd be nearly trained by now and able to write me prescriptions...
