Anyone knows about Sertraline?

In brief, I'm hypo hashi and on Sertraline.. thats the ssi antideprrssant. Ive been on it for many years. Think I might be having adverse issues related to ling term use. Anyone has any knowledge of a reliable source of info on this subject? Internet somewhat overwhelming with si much info. Seeing GP Friday but not cinvinced of their expertise.

If you decide to stop taking sertraline it is a good idea to come off it very slowly indeed. Most anti-depressants can cause awful withdrawal symptoms in some people. There is no way of knowing in advance who might be affected, so very slow withdrawal is essential.
