Thymus supplements for Hashimoto’s?

I have just come across information about thymus supplements as an aid for autoimmune disorders and immunity boosting.

It’s a hormone and I haven’t heard of it before but the things I have read makes it look promising. Has anyone one come across this/used it/have extra research please? Apparently great for settling auto immune disorders and instructs the generation of certain T cells.

Thymus is not a hormone, it's an organ that is part of the lymphatic system. I don't know any more about it than that, I'm afraid.

Thymus was recommended to me by a naturopath. I did try it for about two weeks. It gave me a energy crash, so stopped using it.
