I have been on T3 T4 combo trial for 8 weeks. I’m having bloods 9am Tuesday morning and although I know not to take Levo til after bloods, I’m not sure about T3 (I’m taking 15 mcg split into 3 x 5mcg doses through day). I will be fasting.

Last T3 8 to 12 hours before test. So take your 3rd dose of the day before sometime after 10pm. Doctors seem to prefer the last dose of T3 to be 2 - 4 hours prior to test. This gives the highest T3 level. 8 - 12 hours gives you the lowest level of T3 - say nothing if asked!

Yes just don't take your morning dose on the day of the test till after the test.
