Cynomel start same dosage

I ran out over a month ago and was taking 1 every morning. Today my cynomel arrived and as it’s a different brand and because I have been a month off is it ok to just go straight in and take 1 again?

Yes, you should take the same dose. After a couple of weeks if symptomatic add a 1/4 dose and - always considering your symptoms - you can increase about every six weeks. Any over-stimulation drop to previous dose.
