With hypothyroidism do you still get manic days where you've got a weird high level energy?

This seems to be how it goes with me and family who have low thyroid

I'd say that's possibly more likely to be when Hashi's is present rather than non-Hashi's hypothyroidism. I'm non-Hashi's Hypo and in the 45 years since being diagnosed I can honestly say I have never experienced a day when I have high energy levels.

Manic feeling YES I do occasionally get this super burst of craziness feeling with high pulse and fast breathing it comes and goes I always chalked it up to my meds which I always thought was weird since Im 100% compliant on taking my meds at the same time each day .... I do not have Hasimotos.

I have Hashi's and since being diagnosed I have never had a day with high level of energy. I have had days with very little energy or "can almost function properly" energy, but never at the same level as when I was healthy and very active. To add, when I am overmedicated I get anxiety, I become irritated easily, but the energy levels remain pretty much the same.
