T3 gives me hypo symptoms

I take 5mcgT3 and levo doses in the morning but soon after that, I felt like I had hypo symptoms. The skin becomes drier in the palms and face, bloated, I feel more tired, etc. and I do not know why. After about 2 hours my symptoms disappear. What happens?
