If you go to your account settings, then scroll all the way to the bottom of that page, there is a button there, marked "I want to close my account".
I have no idea what happens then, but it seems like the right place to start?
Sorry you are leaving because this site is the only one in the UK that can help people with thyroid disease. I hope you come back if you need some advice.
