Hoping people can give me some advice about timings for meds. I have always taken my thyroxine first thing in the morning and an hour or so later had my first cuppa and some breakfast. This has worked pretty well for me given the pattern of my working day. In just over a week, my morning pattern is going to have to change and this will make the timing of meds and breakfast much harder. I'm considering switching to taking thyroxine last thing at night. Do people do this, and does it work? And if so, how long do I have to wait after food/drink in order to be taking the thyroxine on an empty stomach as recommended. Any advice gratefully received.
Thank you!

Levothyroxine is an extremely fussy hormone and should always be taken on an empty stomach and then nothing apart from water for at least an hour after
Many people take Levothyroxine soon after waking, but it may be more convenient and perhaps more effective taken at bedtime
