Thanks for posting this.i just found out there is a spray form of folic acid wich is brilliant. I hope it won't be same as the pill towards my bowl sensitivity.

You’re welcome. I’ve just got one for my daughter too who’s under range. It’s supposed to be much more sensitive so fingers crossed 😊x
