Is a Folate result of greater than 20.0 ng/ml good or bad?

I have given you information about your B12 result on your previous thread.

You originally said on your other thread that Folate: Less than 20.0 ng/ml but you have now edited that and we can now see it's greater than 20 and the range is "greater than 3", so your folate level is good.

Thank you! Yes i had to correct that after reading my result wrong.

It's probably good - esp if you are eating a diet high in folate (are veggie for example), but can be caused (assuming no supplements) by pernicious anaemia as you can't use the folate you consume so it hangs around in the blood), intestinal problems (such as blind loop) or liver problems - but your symptoms would most likely point to a cause.
