First two weeks on the new dose as expected I felt worse. Then I made nice progress fatigue and puffiness wise. Last few days feeling crap again. Just how non linear (if at all), are the first few weeks or even months on a new dose? I suspect this may be my optimal dose (100ug). We shall see later. Been on it 1 month now

As your symptoms have returned, I very much doubt it's your optimal dose. Progress is not at all linear. On a new dose it's normal to feel better after a couple of weeks, but then the symptoms creep back in again. And, what that means is that you're ready for another increase, that's all. Very few people would be optimal on just 100 mcg.

Personally I always feel worse weeks 4-7 or 8 and then it slowly improves
It has got a bit more confused since I got to 100mcg and above, but my regular pattern after an increase was always:
Feeling better after a while (up to a week or so)
Then levelling off for a few weeks
Then a gradual decline, though not as bad as before.
