This month I have been taking Levothyroxine and my period has not yet arrived. Can the Levothyroxine alter your period? My period has always been of 28 days. The first 6 weeks of Levothyroxine (50 mg) I had my period after 25 days and the second month of Levothyroxine (dose increased to 75 mg) my period has not yet come after 30 days.

This can happen seeing as levo is a hormone, just needs time for your body to adjust, if this carries on I would try to get a blood test done

This happened to me also. Likewise, I have regular periods and when I started Levo I missed one period and have since returned to normal.
