Anyone else body temperature drops in the afternoon when on T3 only?

I take T3 only with 20 in the morning and 10 at 4pm by the time it hits around 1pm my body temperature drops quite a bit like to the point i gotta put on hat etc... Iam not extremely active at the moment it could just be down to low activity but anyone else experience that when taking T3?

Since going on T3 my temperature is even lower than ever at 35 degrees Celsius, but all the time.

Only when I don’t take enough thyroid hormone first thing. I get cold & have an energy crash, though I’m fine after an hour in bed & last nap. Dips like that indicate I need an increase.

Maybe a split dose would help if you can fit it in.
