I get symptoms after 20 mins of taking it
Although wockhart does have glucose and sucrose which can give sugar spikes. Do not know why they have to put glucose sucrose lactose and things that upset us in medications!!!!!!
So far as I can tell, it does not contain glucose. (But does contain lactose.)

Maize starch
Magnesium stearate
I do not know how much a Wockhardt 25 microgram levothyroxine tablet weighs. But, for the purposes of discussion, let’s guess 100 milligrams (one tenth of a gram)
Sucrose has 387.2 calories per 100g. Which is 3.872 calories per gram. So a single tablet would contain 0.03872 calories as sucrose.
That is a very small amount. I can't see it being enough to cause a sugar spike.
