After a Thyroidectomy in Dec of 2019, I'm on Levothyroxine and have developed a very strong odor on my body can anyone else relate to this?
I think hormone changes of any kind can affect body odour. It's common for women to become aware that their own smell has changed after hysterectomy or menopause, for example.
The only thing I can suggest is that you try different makes of Levothyroxine to see if that helps.
The other things that commonly affect people with thyroid disease are poor nutrient levels, problems with gluten with or without coeliac disease, and poor adrenal function.
Another common issue is people putting on weight then trying to lose it with all sorts of diets. I am convinced that some of the people who post on this forum are suffering from malnutrition because they simply don't eat enough. I have no idea whether this can lead to a change in body odour, but it wouldn't surprise me.
If you have recently started a ketogenic diet that can affect body odour, but I think the problem is temporary :

And, of course, drinking enough water is essential.
