"Normal range" is not a very useful indication.

I assume that your TSH is in the local laboratory's reference range - typically something like 0.4 to 4.5?

a) That is a huge range;

b) TSH is not a good test for adequacy of levothyroxine dose;

c) As a starter, you need to get the actual test result and not just the claim that it is in nomral range. You are entitled to your blood test results which I encourgae you to do - including the reference range(s).

The dosing of thyroid hormones is usually in micrograms (mcg) - not milligrams (mg). :-)

The document linked below says it all, I hope:

If you can post your latest test results, including reference ranges (they vary from lab to lab) we can hopefully help with some meaningful information.
