I think you should photocopy or email copy of these results to your GP and request referral to haematology

GP may then contact you earlier than your appointment

High iron, satuaration and very high ferritin is looking like hemochromatosis

Folate is below range, so GP should prescribe folic acid

B12 is borderline. GP will think is fine

Vitamin D

GP can only prescribe to bring vitamin D up to 50nmol. Aiming to improve by self supplementing to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better .

Thank you so much, the summary said take 800ui of vit D, the other results gave me a shock too! I need to address so much! I will print and take to GP today !
