Hi everyone, for the last 2-3 weeks I’ve been bloated. I’ve changed what I’m eaten to gluten free and as natural as possible.
How do people deal with an irritated stomach when we can’t eat something first before taking it! Is there anything I can take or do to help reduce the bloating?
TIA

If you have your latest lab values with your FT4 FT3 TSH with the lab ranges would be very helpful here . You might also have some reactions to some fillers with your Levo your dosing with and switching to another brand can resolve the bloating . Personally I experienced bloating when my FT4 was high above 1.3 . Lowering my T4 (Levo) resolved the bloating feeling plus many other issues too .
Hi there - I had such a swollen stomach I looked 9 months pregnant and could only wear maternity clothes - it was thyroid related seen pictures since on internet that state it is thyroid related.
Hi there - I got asked when my baby was due - I burst out laughing but the poor lady who asked me the question was devastated - I said I was impressed that she thought someone of my age was pregnant. Nothing helped it was thyroid hormone I needed to allow the digestive system to work at the correct speed. But it wasn't bloatedness - i.e. going up and down this was a permanent issue.
