Hi Tubby66
when I go to doctors they say my this fine
What are they basing this on?
Do you have your latest thyroid test results to post please, including the reference ranges. Ideally we need to see at least TSH, FT4 and FT3. If you are in the UK, we are legally entitled to our test results, so if you don't have them just pop along to your surgery's reception desk and ask for a print out (don't accept verbal or hand written results as mistakes can be made).
As you have no thyroid, are you on thyroid replacement hormone? If so, presumably levothyroxine, what dose are you currently taking?
Headaches, with back and stomach ache (esp if also nausea) can be related to cortisol problems esp if it occurs after exercise or anything stressful. Tell GP symptoms (but don't mention anxiety or you'll be fobbed off with antidepressants) and ask for a short synacthen test. But all those things can also be caused by low magnesium and B12
