Sounds high to me, but depends on the reference ranges. Without the ranges no one can tell you for sure. 🤸🏿‍♀️

You would need to add the ranges on this (figures in brackets after each result)

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

The ranges for FT4 most often seen here are 7-17, 9-19 and 12-22, so it's very likely the FT4 of 28 is high and over range, but if you provide the range we can confirm.
