Side effects of clopidogrel while on levothyroxine

Been on clopidogrel since stroke at end of November side effects make me feel so ill has anyone had this experience and if so do they do tests before they take you off them can’t keep this up indefinitely

I don't know anything about clopidogrel, nor have I ever taken it.

If you compare it to a UK Prescription Information Leaflet (PIL) that comes with the drug it may have additional info that is relevant to you. It is based on info from the FDA. I have found that USA medicine info sometimes has information that UK PILs don't.

Perhaps you would get on with it better if you tried it with food if you've been taking it without food, and vice versa. You could also try taking it at a different time of day to see if that helps - but be careful about taking it earlier than you have been because you could end up overdosed at the time of the change.

Hello Daval I have been on Levothyroxine now for almost 23 years. I also take Liothyronine T3 which has helped. I do not have any experience with Clopidogrel but would suggest that you would ask your doctor about this and explain the symptoms that you are getting. Sorry that I could not be of more help, and hope you feel better soon.
