My dr diagnosed me Hashimoto’s and treatment with thyroid hormone replacement medication…period but yesterday I felt a pain in the right of throat and difficulty swallowing what I have to do???

Well, that's all your doctor can do. There is not treatment/cure for Hashi's. All you can do is replace the hormone your thyroid can no-longer make enough of to keep you well.

What you have to do is keep taking the hormone your doctor prescribed - on an empty stomach and leave at least an hour before eating or drinking anything other than water; and at least two hours before taking any other supplements or medication. In six week's time, you should go for a retest. Make sure your blood draw is early in the morning, and fast over night. That's all you can do.

I expect the pain is due to your thyroid being a little swollen, which will also make swallowing difficult. :)
