Could some kind person please take a look at my blood results from medichecks? I am surprised to see that they seem ok as I am experiencing fatigue hair loss and puns and needles again.
Thanks in advance

Vitamin D is still on the low side, especially since we are now at the end of summer. Vitamin D is best mid-range apparently, that's between 100 and 150nmol/L. What about minerals such as magnesium and zinc, do you supplement? Do you take vitamin D's cofactors magnesium and K2-MK7?
Your TSH is a tad high, and your Frees are on the low side. You could do with an increase in dose.
I'm sure if you up your dose a little then address what helps your thyroid to work better (getting Vitamine D, Folate, Ferritin and B12 optimal) then you will start to feel better. It doesn't happen quickly but most of us supplement-I must rattle!-but it does make a difference. Once you find you need to supplement then its for life. Add things in one at a time as if something upsets you you won't know which one.
Your folate is much too low and you obviously have hashimitos. Vitd a bit low too. If you're on thyroid meds you need an increase.
