If the NHS put up with idiots like this, then they deserve to be sued for medical negligence. I will not feel guilty now... I am on the cusp of starting proceedings.

The more we read we wonder who in the blazes is running the NHS because whoever it is we're suffering for their inefficiency as they cannot afford to pay for our hormones for a year yet pay astronomical sums to some employees.

You have to remember that what was once a vocation has become a job and this is true of most public services.Also,compounded or caused by the cult of management which has led to over high salaries with performance pay leading to ludicrous decision making.

This is what happens when you try to let private sector market values take over what should be a social enterprise. I simply do not believe that It isn’t possible to find good managers who would do the job for a reasonable salary rather than a ‘market’ salary. This money should be being spent on nurses, doctors, care assistants etc. And maybe T3 prescriptions!!!
