Hi
I see in your previous post your on 125mcg of Levothyroxine.
It could be your not on the correct dosage if you still have some symptoms.
The blood tests you are having are they thyroid due to your symptoms, or has your GP requested other tests?
Thyroid testing should be, TSH, T3 & T4.
As others have advised as long as you have your bloods taken very first thing, before 9am and don’t take Levothyroxine, water only, no eating, thyroid blood results will be higher.
You are entitled to a copy of your results by law, don’t accept the GP or receptionist telling you they are ‘normal’.
Just because they are within the lab ranges, it doesn’t mean we feel ok.
Once you have the results, post them on here and the experts will help.
Best wishes

If you are looking to avoid a reduction in dose of Levo, or if looking for an increase, you need the highest possible TSH. The way to get this is
1) Book the earliest appointment of the day (even if it means waiting an extra week or two). No later than 9am, earlier if possible.
2) Fast overnight - meaning you can have your evening meal the night before, then water only until after the blood draw. Don't even have a coffee on the morning before the blood draw, it affects TSH.
Also, leave off Levo for 24 hours before the blood draw. No longer or you'll get a false low FT4, if you take your Levo before the blood draw you'll get a false high FT4 as the test will measure the T4 (Levo) you've just taken rather than the normal circulating T4 in your blood.
Make the appointment at the earliest possible, fasting (you can drink water) and if you were taking thyroid hormones you'd allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and test and take afterwards.
You need TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies. B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.
Get a print-out of results, with the ranges and put on a new question.
