Hi there is anyone else suffering with their legs and feet swelling up in this weather dont think its just because of the heat as my skin is soo tight and sore on my legs to even walk. Have looked on line and says could be related to my thyroid

Yes I have this symptom and yes I have just increased my meds. For me this is one of the first symptoms when I need meds altered. This together with headaches and fatigue.
Yes. I have the same issues, and know it isn't just the heat. Feel great other than this, but some days it can be debilitating. Sorry you are going through it, too. My doctor gave me some low-dose furosemide for when it gets unbearable and for travel---it helps a LOT, but only for the short periods that I use it. I agree with the others that it could be a sign of under-medication, as well. Before I was optimal this was a CONSTANT problem for me, along with the fatigue.
You could be sweating out all your salt. Try increasing your salt in-take. If necessary, put half a teaspoon in a glass of fruit juice.
