Hi is there anyone who can help me better understand these results. I have asked for an endo referral but GP says no. More or less tells me to stop wasting their time as there is nothing else than levo available to me!

That picture is very feint and the results very small, I certainly can't read them on my PC monitor's large screen.
Can you either zoom in on your picture to show just the results and not all that empty space and unnecessary detail, or type your results into your post. I can make out that a lot of your results have * by them indicating out of range, but can't make out any of the results.
Thyroid stimulating hormone 0.155 mIU/L 0.27-4.20
Free thyroxine 6.820 pmol/L 12.00-22.00
Free T3 2.57 pmol/L 3.10-6.80
Reverse T3 ratio 22.31 15.01-75.00
Thyroglobulin antibody <10 IU/ml 0.00-34.00
Active B12 >300 pmol/25.10-165
Folate (Serum) 4.97 ug/L 2.91-50.00
25 OH vitamin D 75.3 nmol/L 50.00-200.00
CRP-High sensitivity 5.21 mg/l 0.00-5.00
FERRITIN 25.9 ug/L 13.00-150.00
Well, from what I can see of your results, you're either under-medicated, or you have an absorption problem. But, I've tried every method I know to enlarge the photo, the numbers are just too feint, so you will have to type them out, I'm afraid.
How much levo are you taking?
225
So, how do you take your levo - because you're obviously not absorbing it? Do you take it on an empty stomach and wait at least an hour to eat and drink? Do you take any other medication at the same time as your levo?
Do you have any known gut problems, acid reflux, anything like that?
I take levo on an empty stomach both for 2 hours afterwards no other meds until 1pm. No known gut problems
Doesn't you doctor say anything about your under-range Frees? Have you asked him about it? On 225 mcg levo, the FT4 ought to be quite high in range. He ought to be investigating your gut, not telling you to go away.
On the other hand, not much point in insisting you want some other kind of medication, because you probably wouldn't be able to absorb that, either.
However, something you can do yourself, test your stomach acid :

Try the home test at the end of the article.
Ferritin is also too low. GP should test for Anaemia by doing full iron panel
Vitamin D likely better around 100nmol
Folate likely to benefit from a good quality vitamin B complex that has folate in
Presumably you are supplementing B12, if so you could reduce level of supplement especially if add a B complex
FT3 and FT4 are too low
How much Levo are you taking? Are you on T3 as well
Did you not take Levo in 24 hours prior to test?
I am on levo only no other option available. No I did not take levo prior to test
Are you taking B12?
I get injections was supplementing but now stopped
As you have PA you know that your injections are for life. It would appear you need to also take a GOOD B complex to keep all the B's in balance - and your Folate/B9 is LOW in range. Thorne Research from Amazon is good as is Igennus. Your Folate works with the B12 in the body in a very important way.
Has your GP seen these results?
It seems , judging by your new post, that nothing has changed? No improvement?
Hope you succeed in finding a GP and Endocrinologist soon.
I would contact the Practice Manager , Hospital Patient Services and anyone in some position of authority and show these results. They need investigations and you need treatment because you are Hypothyroid and that's dangerous to neglect.
Look into all the other medications you are taking - are they necessary - enquire about gradually withdrawal?
All the best.
Hi again
Your profile says you are now on 40 Fluoxetine daily.
Are you still on that - as according to the Levothyroxine Patient Information leaflet Fluoxetine affects Levothyroxine.
