Please a score 4. Thyroid nodule of 8 mm with others 5 nodles of score 3 is it better to do lobectomie

Are you in the UK? What is your thyroid history and what tests have you had? Are you under an Endocrinologist? Have you kept copies of results? Sorry, but you've hardly given any information here.

T3 4.12. (4_8.3)

I ame on levo 0.25

My ultra sound scan show a poly nodulairethyroid on the right side one of 8 mm hypoechogene triad 4 not eligible for biopsy 4others nodles triads 3

O the left side 3 nodles no Suspicious but lymph’s nodes was suspicious on ultra sound

Biopsies made on lymph nodes of 1 cm on the right side Came No cancerous

No para thyroid adénome

On the liquid of biopsy thyroglobulin is <0.1. And PTH was 9

I don't know anything about PTH levels. Your thyroxine blood levels are not too bad if not taking Levothyroxine. It sounds like you have a variety of different kinds of thyroid nodules, some not suitable for biopsy. Is that correct? If there is no suspicion of cancer, could you wait and see? Is your thyroid affecting your wellbeing? Do you have symptoms? If suspicious for cancer, have they done fine needle biopsy on the Lymph nodes?

Sounds like you need more information to make a decision.

Yes biopsy of lymphe nodes is done it’s inflamation nodes

Différents thyroid nodules score 3 to recheck after 3 months

What bothers me is the 8 mm nodes score 4 no suitable for biopsy

My PTH on blood test is 58 on serum biopsy is 9

Calcium is ok
