Hi guys, got my new blood results everything absolutely spot on apart from :

HdA1c level (DCCT aligned ) 6.3% range 4–6

HdA1c level (IFCC standardised) 45mmol range 20–42

Any thoughts on why this is guys ?

All replies with comments would be much appreciated

I see from a previous post that you have type 2 diabetes. These are diabetes blood test results, which would seem to suggest it’s not as well controlled as it could be.

Do you take metformin or similar?
